1. Services

SpierClear Window Washing provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to window cleaning, gutter brightening, solar panel cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, and related exterior maintenance services as described on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

Service availability may vary depending on location, property accessibility, weather conditions, and scheduling availability.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We kindly ask customers to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Missed appointments, inaccessible properties, or cancellations made without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of SpierClear Window Washing.

In the event of severe weather or unsafe working conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments to ensure the safety of both our team and your property.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing for services will be provided before work begins and may vary depending on property size, accessibility, scope of work, window condition, and additional requested services.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. SpierClear Window Washing accepts approved payment methods communicated at the time of service.

We reserve the right to adjust estimates if the condition of the property or requested work differs significantly from the original quote.

4. Membership Plans

SpierClear Window Washing may offer recurring maintenance plans, including seasonal cleaning programs and membership options.

Current membership benefits may include recurring cleanings throughout the summer season, savings on scheduled services, and our seven-day rain guarantee. Membership pricing, benefits, and terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Customers enrolled in recurring service plans may cancel with reasonable advance notice prior to the next scheduled service appointment.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled appointments. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, unlocking access points, and notifying us of any potential hazards.

Customers must notify SpierClear Window Washing in advance regarding fragile materials, damaged windows, loose screens, aging seals, or any areas requiring special care.

6. Rain Guarantee

SpierClear Window Washing offers a seven-day rain guarantee for qualifying window cleaning services. If rain directly affects the quality of recently cleaned windows within seven days of service, customers may contact us for a reasonable touch-up evaluation.

This guarantee does not apply to dirt caused by sprinklers, construction debris, hard water stains, pollen buildup, or environmental contamination unrelated to rainfall.

7. Liability

While we exercise great care and professionalism during every service, SpierClear Window Washing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, failed window seals, scratches, oxidation, loose screens, cracked glass, damaged gutters, aging materials, or structural defects that may become visible during or after cleaning.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe conditions, defective installations, poor maintenance, aging materials, or circumstances beyond our control.

Some stains, discoloration, oxidation, mineral buildup, or hard water damage may not be fully removable through standard cleaning processes.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can reasonably assess and address any legitimate service-related concerns.

9. Refusal or Termination of Service

SpierClear Window Washing reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if working conditions are considered unsafe, hazardous, inaccessible, hostile, or otherwise unsuitable for professional service completion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York.
